How the yarn behaves
DROPS Sky is a super-soft yarn made primarily from baby alpaca with a touch of merino wool and polyamide for strength, built around a complex tube-like construction that traps air. The result is a yarn that is much lighter than it looks, with a soft halo, good warmth, decent shape stability and a fluid drape. It suits everyday sweaters, cardigans, lightweight tops, shawls and accessories. The polyamide adds durability and helps the yarn hold its shape, and it crochets cleanly too. Care: hand wash cool with mild wool detergent and dry flat. Gentle handling preserves the lofty tube structure and the airy character of the fabric.
