Lion Brand DIY Glow is a medium-weight polyester yarn with a built-in glow-in-the-dark effect, so it looks like an ordinary white yarn in daylight but glows once charged in bright light. It is suitable for novelty accents, Halloween projects, costume details, children's stuffed toys, safety trims and decorative night-time items. The yarn line includes related variants such as DIY Glow Chenille (super-bulky chenille), DIY Glow Twist (a twisted medium weight) and DIY Glow Cozy (plush tube around a luminous core), all in polyester. It is easy to use in both knit and crochet, with stable stitch definition. Care: machine wash and dryer-safe; expose to bright light before use to charge the glow.
