How the yarn behaves
Lion Brand Fun Fur (now discontinued) is a novelty 'eyelash' yarn made from polyester, designed to create a fluffy, fur-like surface. It can be used solo for fashion accessories, trims, costumes, dance leg-warmers and stuffed toys, or held with another yarn to add a fur effect to edges, cuffs, hats, scarves and home accents. It came in solid, striped and 'exotic' colourways featuring different lash lengths. It is easy to use in both knit and crochet, though working stitches blind (by feel) helps because the lashes hide stitch definition. This yarn line is discontinued. Care: machine wash and lay flat to dry to preserve the lash texture and the fluffy surface.
