How the yarn behaves
Heavier sibling of Felted Tweed DK with the same lightly-felted wool, alpaca and viscose recipe. Knits faster than the DK while keeping the soft tweed flecks and a quiet halo. Has body without feeling dense, drapes when blocked, and holds stitch detail well enough for cables and Fair-Isle. Slightly grippy surface helps stranded colourwork sit evenly. Tip: blocks open considerably — swatch wet to see true gauge before sizing a sweater. Hand wash and dry flat; the felted finish blooms with use rather than shedding.
