What is Cirro?
The Fibre Company Cirro is a super fine from The Fibre Company. Composition: 40% baby alpaca / 30% merino / 30% silk. One skein holds 200 m of yarn and weighs 50 g.
How the yarn behaves
Light, airy chainette blend — alpaca and merino fibres blown into a fine knitted tube for warmth without weight. Soft halo and fluid drape. The hollow construction means the yarn looks chunky on the needles but knits up remarkably light. Strong fit for fast-finished sweaters, cocoon cardigans, cowls and lightweight haloed accessories. Hand wash cool and lay flat.
